Sample Making
Clients can submitt sample products to us. In the event the products are in development stage, product specification is what you need to make samples. After studying the specs and (or) the samples, we recommend about the appropriate manufacturer to place the sampling to. We help analyze and develop the materials and in some events, upon clients' need we could send back the materials for clients to study on.
After getting clients' comments, we can start production and deliver the salesman samples (if requested) in 4-5 weeks with the final look and qualities.
Production/ Product Quality Assurance
Your official purchase order (P/O) is the first step of the production. We apply the procedure into smallest details to make sure finish products would meet the specs and image. Establish specific specs and critical features. Draft Quality Control (QC) Manual specific to product. Local QC Inspector (QCI) meet with factory owner/managers to detail QC specifics. Ongoing monitoring/communication about: production issues (labor, politics, raw materials, etc). QCI oversees, first hand, initial production run. QCI re-visits factory, as appropriate to product complexity, through initial production run. QCI inspects first units of initial production run and thereafter, re-inspects pre-palleted product and prior to loading of container, on a random basis. QCI approves product; reports to client for release of product and permission to ship.
In case of unexpected problems, clients are notified with alternative solutions. After the final quality control, goods are shipped and all relevant documents will be faxed to you. It is very important for us to meet our leadtimes with the committed, high quality labour, details and finish.
